Thanks to the continued support of local businesses and individuals, we have been able to donate over £1.7 million into breast care services locally, allowing us to fund essential equipment, research, education, and clinical posts. We work with the whole of the Breast Care team at University Hospitals Plymouth and our dedicated volunteers to make each patient’s experience as comfortable as possible by providing the best possible care and support when it is needed most.

By partnering with us, you are showing your clients and your staff that you support those being diagnosed and treated with breast problems, including cancer in your region. With your help we can continue to fund research, equipment, and education plus much, much more.

Each year, thanks to the support of local businesses, The Primrose Foundation will continue to support your local breast care services and the many families affected by breast cancer.
Our corporate sponsors, or ‘Primrose Partners’, help us to:
• Ensure the best possible breast care services are provided to patients and their families across West Devon and East Cornwall
• Fund dedicated Clinical support for patients
• Provide state-of-the-art technology and facilities
• Support staff by offering training bursaries for education, research, and development
• Allow a patient’s experience to be as comfortable as possible
• Assist in providing the best possible care and support when it is needed most.

In return for your support, we will,

• Provide a detailed annual round-up of what your support has helped to fund
• Provide a printable Primrose Partner certificate to display and show your support along with a digital Primrose Partner graphic that can be added to your website, social media & the footer of your emails.
In addition to the many benefits mentioned above, you will also receive a corporate sponsor, ‘Primrose Partners’ information pack. Within this pack you will find information on how to:
• Spread the word about our partnership and involve your customers
• Engage with your staff to boost morale and encourage team building
• Recommendations on fundraising events that you and your staff could take part in and bespoke corpo-rate fundraising events.
But most importantly you will be part of making a tangible difference.
Did you know that if you sponsor our charity, this can be treated as a business expense?
Charity sponsorship payments are different from donations because your company gets something related to the business in return.
You can deduct sponsorship payments from your business profits before you pay tax by treating them as business expenses.
What qualifies? Payments qualify as business expenses if the charity:
• publicly supports your products or services
• allows you to use their logo on your own printed material
• allows you to sell your goods or services at their event or premises.
To become a Primrose Partner for the next twelve months, all we ask is for a minimum donation of £280.00 for 2023.
