Hello potential supporter and welcome to our information page on how your organisation can get involved in The Primrose Foundation’s new and exciting campaign ‘Support Us To Support You’.
Our campaign aims to raise awareness of the many benefits of wearing the right fitted bra, as well as the essential support role The Primrose Foundation provides your local breast care services.
A bra offers a vital support role, a well-fitted bra supports a person’s posture, confidence, and health. Like a bra, The Primrose Foundation offers breast support too, to those that require breast care, including breast cancer care, so please support us so we can continue to support you.
In addition to these important messages, we will also be highlighting and encouraging those entitled to breast screening to attend their appointments. Did you know that the latest figures showed that only 70% of those invited for breast screening in West Devon and East Cornwall attended their appointment? Therefore, we are offering local organisations who sign up to become a corporate sponsor over the next three years an additional benefit of receiving a ‘Support Us’ information pack.
Within this pack, we will provide information on whom is eligible for breast screening, who to call if you have a breast screening query and the geographical locations that are being screened over the next three years.
We will also provide you with a campaign poster and information leaflets on the benefits of wearing a correctly fitted bra.
